Sunthrills Mexico  Cancellation Policy & Payments

PAYMENT & SECURITY DEPOSIT


1. A Payment of 100 % of the accommodation fee will be charged on the reservation date.

2. Security Deposit: Between $250-500 USD (depending on the property) will be put on hold using your credit card.                 

           3.1. Authorization Date: On check-out date. 

           3.2. Release Date: 5 days after your check-out date, your deposit is released.


CANCELLATION POLICY

In Sunthrills Mexico by Perfect Place Travels, We understand that plans may change, so in the unfortunate event you should have to cancel your booking:


STANDARD POLICY:

1. Receive a refund for bookings canceled at least 30 days before the check-in date, minus any payment processing and admin fees (10%).*

2. After that, guests can cancel up to 14 days before check-in and get a 50% refund.

3. Cancellations within 14 days of the check-in date are non-refundable.

LONG-TERM POLICY (applies to all stays of 28 days or longer):

1. Receive a refund for bookings canceled at least 60 days before the check-in date, minus any payment processing and admin fees (10%).*

2. After that, guests can cancel up to 30 days before check-in and get a 50% refund. 

3. Cancellations within 30 days of the check-in date are non-refundable.**

During these uncertain times, we highly recommend getting trip cancellation insurance. This covers non-refundable expenses such as tours, excursions, accommodations, etc. For example, if a government mandate forces you to cancel your trip, this type of insurance can cover 100% of the non-refundable trip expenses that you prepaid.
